To ensure proper planning, flight preparation, safety coordination, and compliance with applicable FAA regulations, local requirements, airspace restrictions, permits, and operational approvals, UAIR requires a minimum of 72 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled event date. Additional lead time may be required depending on location, flight conditions, special requests, or authorization requirements.
